After thorough interrogation the Dominica police has released Modecai. He has admitted to being a witness to the event which lead to the death of the Parro.
Modecai has admitted that the Parro was beaten up by another man. The victim stole a tool box from the vehicle of the killer. Being Angry, the killer gave the Cocaine Addict a stretch which got out of hand and a wounding which resulted in the victim's life being taken away from him.
