He has been jointly charged with the Murder of Leanna Napoleon along with his two other friends who collaborated in raping and murdering her the 17 year old, then burying her in a shallow grave in Olives. Liddie was in the Police Cell when he attempted to commit suicide. Since then he have been transferred to the Psychiatric Unit, where he will be properly restrained from doing harm to himself and to others. This is an excellent strategy to escape a long term prison sentence. The plea of insanity is very convenient and could allow him to be set free without even spending a year in prison.
