St Kitts Police have finally made an arrest in the robbery of the Basseterre Post Office on Bay Road.
It was broken into overnight on June 18th to the early hours of the morning of June 19th. Numerous items were stolen including money, postage stamps and several courier mail containing cellular phones, shoes, clothing and electronics. Reports reaching Peepirit, states that the vault was also forcibly broken into.

Today June 22nd, investigations lead Police to the residence of an off duty Police office of Division A. His home in Challengers Village, in the Happy Hill area was ransacked by the Police. In the raid this morning at 6:am, a multitude of items and mail was recovered.
