44 year old Martinique Sportsman, Marc-Andre Cretere, is accused of rape. Marc has been in his wheelchair for the past 22 years. He got crippled by an altercation where he recieved a machete to his spine in Martinique. He has also been taking part in the Olympics as a fencer and won the Vice Championship in London 2012. Now he has been arrested for rape. Marc-Andre been communicating on facebook with the 20 year old autistic girl in question and they have been sending each other nude pics and explicit videos.
His wife had been oblivious of these secret conversations with the autistic girl who today with her parents have filed rape charges.
The young girls' parents noticed a change in her behavior and decided to take her to a psychiatrist, where she confided to her doctor that she had been coerced into sex with the sportsman several times during his visit at the fencing School in Dormont Val-d'Oise, a Sector in France.
The 2012 Paralympic Vice-Champion challenges the charge of rape and sexual assault against him. Marc-Andre Cretere says, "I am accused of very serious facts. I dispute that there was rape."
Obviously the 20 year old must have given up the pussy Voluntarily. Is it against the law for an autistic girl over 18 to not be able to consent for sex?
