Employees of the Ministry of Communications and works under the watch of Miriam Blanchard is Crying foul that they have not been paid for over four fortnights. Whilst projects officers have not been paid for over three months yet they have delivered work and their work is being featured on television as a government pride effort. Employees on the Stockfarm road rehabilitation project lamented that the minister was boasting of achievements but did not ask the minister of finance to pay them. One frustrated Employee stated, "we are treated like second class in Dominica we cannot meet or bill payments that is piling up, the contractors are paid but we are left to paddle the canoe."
