A tropical storm is on the rampage in St. Kitts' Capital Basseterre. The heavy Downpours have created rivers of waters on the main roads. These have caused a stop in traffic, and many people have been confined indoors. The village of Road Bay Hill northWest of the island came crumbling down into rivers of water. The people are in awe as St. Kitts is being ravaged by the storm.
