Reports reaching Peepirit that Glen Alphonse from Giraudel has been Shot dead.
Mr Alphonse and his friends had a confrontation last week with some guys who stole Randy's motorcycle which was parked in the front of Alphonse's house.
It is said that Alphonse and his friends had given the gang of outsiders a serious stretch (ghetto jargon for 'beating') just last week. That evening the gang of outsiders ran out of Giraudel on foot. It was reported to Peepirit that today when Alphonse boarded the bus on the way to Giraudel, he was seen by an enemy who informed two of the outsiders obviously by telephone, that he (Alphonse) was on that particular bus. Two of the outsiders stopped the bus which Alphonse was on in Newtown. Alphonse was seated at the front, adjacent to the driver. One of the two outsiders who stopped the bus, walked up to Alphonse and shot him at close range while he was seated in the passenger's seat. The gunman was not wearing a mask. It is also reported that the gun-man threatened the other passengers who saw his face, telling them that if his name is called he will come and get them.
