Popularly known as Mr bannis or Endie has placed castle Bruce on the map world wide as a top obeah man from Dominica. It was once said that during the 2005 elections he had to choose between his neice who is now an Ambassador for the Roosevelt skeritt administration and his cousin who ran for the opposition United workers party.
Since he favoured his neice she won by one vote. Sources close to Mr bannis stated he really wanted his cousin to win since he would have been a better representative but he felt the crown should remain tight in the family. Her cousin succeeded her for the still governing Dominica labour party. Meanwhile the Dominican population is waiting to witness the backfire of his voodoo-ism upon his death.
