In last night's TEAM UWP meeting held in Roseau, Joseph Isaac was labelled many things and Honourable was not one of them. He was referred to as a bad apple, a traitor, a slave. He was stripped naked for what he really is; An undignified half-man who is morally deficient who can be bought and sold. Who's words have no worth.
The point of the meeting was clearly to make the public aware that they; the voters should rescind their votes from Isaac and demand a by-election for Roseau Central. It was also made known that this was not the first time that Skerrit has approached United Workers Party Parliamentary Representatives in attempts to buy them. The Honorable Doctor Sam Christian went into detail of his cloak and dagger experience with Collin McIntyre; one of Skerrit's Goons. A motion which was executed carefully by Skerrit but was still unsuccessful as not everyone is hungry and can be bought.
The Question is, Will Isaac do the right thing and Step down? Will Skerrit allow him to? After all the money which was shared in Isaac's neighbourhood on Tuesday night by Skerrit's people in an attempt to appease their sense of betrayal? After all of the past-due outstanding bills which Skerrit has settled for Isaac? Will Skerrit accept him as he is with no title of Parliamentary Representative? Or would he be a non-lucrative investment without his title, with nothing to offer?
