Well it looks like since 2015 Ti Ken, have been apologizing to Kenny Louemba for shooting him in the leg, "please forgive me, I need you right now...this pain I'm going through...don't deny me...I need you... I really do".
So Today May 4th 2017, it was a verdict entailing the victim pleading leniency from the judge on behalf of his Assailant. Kenny Louemba pleaded for Ti Ken in Court. He begged the Judge not to inflict the 10 year sentence on Ti Ken for emptying his machine gun on his right leg that caused him dismemberment. Ti Ken also escaped the penalty of 15 years for possession of a fire arm without a license. The Judge taking into consideration that the victim was pleading on behalf of his assailant, sentenced Ti Ken Birmingham to eight (8) years in Prison.

On the evening of October 5th 2015, the son of Dominican Michelin Louemba* went to Vieux Bourg, Abymes. He opened fire on the other drugdealers with whom he had a squabble to teach them what time it is. Though Kenny Louemba (who was 21 at the time) wrapped a black t-shirt around his head to conceal his identity while he was brandishing copper and lead like a negro cowboy in the west gone wild, he was easily recognised nonetheless by his gait, complexion and his built. He did not kill anyone, but one of his bullets missed the head of Guadeloupean Ken 'Ti ken' Birmingham.
Ti Ken and his colleagues perceived that he (Ti Ken) was Kenny Louemba's target and to prevent a nickname such as pussy-boy Ken or wet korkot Ken, which would be unbefitting to a drugman, he decided to confront the son of the Dominican; Kenny Louemba. Ti Ken waited below the apartment building in La Croix until 2:00 am where his neighbour Kenny Louemba lived. When Kenny showed up riding a scooter, Ti Ken approached Kenny about the shooting he executed in Vieux Bourg that night. He expressed his disapproval with some gun-talk by discharging three shots into Kenny Louemba's right leg which caused the victim's leg to be amputated.

- Louemba*: this french Surname comes from Michelin's 80 year old mother who is married to a Frenchman.
- Kenny's father is a deceased Dominican by the name of Pascal. He was gunned down in La Croix, Guadeloupe by members of a Dominican gang who call themselves Mad Squad. Mad Squad relocated to Dominica immediately after the shooting.
