The students will be engaged, under supervision, in identifying customer needs and developing solutions. RBC is looking for highly motivated students with excellent communication skills. A basic knowledge of banking would be an asset. Since the internship programme is developmental, RBC will also be involved in helping the students to develop identified weak areas.
