The Boats are back

The captains and crew are back from Antigua, where they did the week long certification course in Boat Management.
 "There were 26
Dominicans from all 3 (MV Maxano, MV Addie and the Mv Missover)  boats," said Frankie McLawrence, who represented the MV Missover as it was having engine  trouble last week. "The course included personal safety on the boat, CPR and fire drills.  There were no Engine Mechanics."
