A massive explosion rocked the Cul de sac area of castries
this afternoon after 5pm. It happend at the Rayneau Construction Quarry. People miles away claimed it was an earthquake. What actually happened is that a container truck loaded with dynamite and explosives some how caught fire. In the event 3 people were struck dead in the blast and 20 have been hospitalised. Several people are still missing. There is a search party digging under the sand through the night for missing persons or cadavers.
