Domesticating Land Crabs

In the restaurant business, the demand for fresh local produce is not always readily available all year round. Fritz Bènon is the proprietor of a well known restaurant in the large village of Moule,  in Guadeloupe.  He has a fantastic idea to raise crabs as we do like chickens at his home in his backyard.  He feeds and breed the crabs.  In the attached video he demonstrates how he prepares his livestock for the traditional Guadeloupean recipe called crab Matété.
