On June 18th, 2017|Portsmouth Dominica A community action organisation in Portsmouth have lived up to its aim of presenting a queen to Portsmouth for the second time around.
The duo-organisors Ms.Tessa Hyacinth and Ms. Fenella Whenham hopes their contribution to pageantry in portsmouth will raise the pageants' standard in their community and further strengthen the pageant scene in Dominica. The organization on sunday 18th June crowned Talia Celestine at the R. B. D Cinema downtown portsmouth as Spring Queen 2017.
Keenly followed by runner-up Mahailya Victor.
